Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel your order, please call +30210 7777654 between Monday and Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., or email info@IFMLab.com.

If you cancel your order before the sample collection kit is shipped, you will get a full refund within five (5) business days. In rare cases, the related bank fees are deducted from the refund.

If you wish to cancel your test order after the sample collection kit has been shipped, you can do so within 30 calendar days of receiving it. You may need to return the collection kit, which must be in good condition and unused. If the kit is damaged or misused, a deduction of €10 will be applied to your refund. Refunds are processed within five (5) business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we can’t process any refunds after the lab has started processing your sample.
